The DOC is IN!

The little doctor is IN! My toddlerl is starting to show interest in pretend play, especially in taking care of her baby doll. She loves strolling around in her doll stroller, and everytime her baby doll falls off the stroller she would hurriedly go to her aide and ask if she's fine. She also mimics how we ask her when she's in pain or discomfort.

Now lately, Lia has been playing doctor and getting so interested in Doc McStuffins, so I made this doctor's coat out of Daddy's old scrub suit. I don't know how to sew nor cut the patterns correctly, but I am determined to make her one so no matter how bad the stitching is, at least it doesn't show in the pictures...Haha!

I dressed her up similar to Doc Mc Stuffins, without the shoes!

She had a lot of patients that day, the clinic was jampacked. Mickey and Goofy came in together to have a check up. They got the sniffles. I heard Lia asked  Mickey, "you okay?" My little girl is so sweet!

 Mickey's blood pressure was fine!

She took care of Goofy too when he cried out of discomfort!

Jollibee came in next. He had a stomach bug from eating too much chicken!

Then Baby Doll came last. She had her monthly check-up and shots.

In this picture she was like distracting Baby Doll from crying! Babies usually cry around people they are not so familiar with.

Lia checked Mama's heart too! Then we tried working on some activity sheets from Homeschool Creations, but Lia wanted to play more...so we did! Then we read our book of the day to end the session!
